Kathy has represented clients in employment discrimination matters since 1995. She has trial, appellate, arbitration and mediation experience. Kathy regularly speaks at seminars on employment law with a focus on disability discrimination and licensure defense. She has taught employment law and ethics to nursing and business students. She brings her years of experience as a nurse to her legal practice.

Kathy has been a member of The American Association of Nurse Attorneys since attending Loyola Law School She has been the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter President and Served on the National Board for 5 years, one of those as President. She is a member of the Lawyer’s Club of San Francisco Inns of Court where she has served on the board for nineteen years, one as President. Kathy has been involved as a volunteer and advocate for the AIDS Legal Referral Panel of San Francisco since 1995 and was awarded Attorney of the Year by the organization.

I work with clients to find the best possible resolution to their employment dispute. I recognize how stressful these legal issues can be and try to guide and advocate for my clients in a manner that resolves their problems.
